Ordering:

  1. How can I place an order?

    You can place an order on our website by adding the desired items to your shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout. There you can enter your shipping and payment information.

  2. Can I order via email, Instagram, or carrier pigeon?

    Currently, we only accept orders through our website. This allows us to process your order efficiently and keep you updated on its status.

  3. Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?

    Changes to an order can usually be made within a certain timeframe after the order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your request. Once the order is being processed, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
    Please contact us exclusively via one of the methods listed in the "Contact" section. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee availability.

  4. I ordered yesterday and again today. Can you combine the orders?

    No, we do not currently offer this. Especially with a very high volume of orders, it involves considerable effort for us, so we unfortunately cannot definitively promise this. However, if we (by chance) become aware of such a constellation, we may combine orders for shipping in the interest of sustainability and cost efficiency. 😊

 

Payment:

  1. Which payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept payments by credit card, PayPal, invoice with Klarna, and possibly other local payment methods. A complete list of accepted payment methods can be found on our website during the ordering process.

  2. Is payment secure?

    Yes, we use secure payment processors and encryption technologies to ensure the security of your payment information. Your data is transmitted encrypted and treated confidentially.

  3. I would like to pay by bank transfer (Vorkasse). What do I need to know?

    You will receive our bank details and further information during the ordering process and again after placing the order. To ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, please make the payment promptly. Please note that we will cancel the order if payment is not received within 7 days.

    Unfortunately, this is not (anymore) possible at the moment. We actually offer many alternatives. Hopefully, there is an option for you among them. 🤗

 

Shipping:

  1. What shipping options do you offer?

    We offer various shipping options depending on the destination and product type. Options include standard shipping and economy shipping. Please refer to the shipping information for more details.

  2. How long does shipping take?

    Delivery time varies depending on the shipping option and destination. An estimated delivery time for your order can be found on our website during the ordering process. We try to ship your order as quickly as possible; you should generally receive your package within 2-7 days. (International shipping may take longer)

  3. Do you also deliver to Austria and Switzerland? And other countries?

    We naturally deliver directly to Austria. Unfortunately, we do not offer this for Switzerland, but there is an option. Please refer to the shipping information, where we have also listed all further details such as delivery areas and tariffs.

  4. I live nearby and would like to pick up my order. How does that work and where do I need to go?

    You are welcome to do so. 🤗 We usually prepare your order within 24 hours. Select "Pickup" at checkout. As soon as your order has been assembled by us, you will receive a notification and can pick it up at our warehouse during pickup hours:

Complaints:

  1. What do I do if I have received a defective product?

    If you have received a defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us to arrange a refund, exchange, or other solution. We will certainly resolve it in your best interest. 👍🏻

  2. How do I complain about an incorrectly delivered product?

    If you have received an incorrectly delivered product, we apologize for the mishap. Please contact us to resolve the matter. Rest assured that we will find a good solution. 😊

 

Exchanges (Returns):

  1. How can I exchange or return an item?

    If you don't like an item or have changed your mind, you can simply send it back to us. Please refer to the information on exchanging or returning items in the Returns section.

  2. Who bears the costs for the return shipment?

    The costs for the return shipment may vary depending on the reason for the return and the applicable return policies. If the return is due to dissatisfaction, you bear the costs. Please refer to the Returns section for more information.
