Customer Information for Consumers
The following customer information and rights, in particular withdrawal rights, apply only to the use and ordering of our services by consumers, not by businesses.
1. Our products offered do not constitute binding offers but serve as an invitation for you to submit a binding offer.
2. You can submit your offer via the order system integrated into our website, where you can order either as a registered user or as a guest.
When placing an order via the order system, after completing the specified technical steps, in particular entering your name and address, the specific content of the order and your complete details will be displayed again. Below that is a button labeled "Buy Now". By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a legally binding contractual offer regarding your previously selected products.
3. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received the offer. We can accept your offer,
4. After the conclusion of the contract, the contract text will be stored by the seller and transmitted to you in text form (e.g., email, fax, or letter) after the order. We do not make the contract text accessible beyond this. In addition, the order data is archived with us and can - if you have ordered as a registered user and not as a guest - be accessed by you free of charge via your password-protected user account.
5. When placing an order via our order system, you can identify possible input errors before submitting the order by carefully reading the information displayed on the screen and correct them continuously during the electronic ordering process using the usual keyboard and mouse functions, including the page back function. In addition, all entries are displayed once again in a confirmation window before the binding submission of the order and can also be corrected there using the usual keyboard and mouse functions.
6. The German language is exclusively available for the conclusion of the contract.
