Returns

If you wish to return one or more items, that's no problem. Please note that we are a small shop, and returns incur significant costs for shop operators. It's best to keep this in mind when making your purchase decision. 🤗

Of course, in accordance with the cancellation policy, you can return one, several, or all items within 30 days. Contact us or simply send them back to the sender address with a corresponding message. Upon receipt, we will check the items and refund your money as quickly as possible (usually within 5 business days).

Please note, in your own interest, that you provide us with all information related to your return (e.g., order number). It's best to include our delivery note, then we can assign it as quickly as possible. Please also include the reason for the return. This will help us improve in the future. 🙏🏻

The costs for return shipping for exchanges or cancellations are to be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs will not be refunded in these cases. Ensure proper packaging and remember that you are responsible for the return shipment. It is best to choose an insured option.

Please note that undelivered (rejected or not collected) packages and self-initiated package stops do not constitute a valid cancellation. Unless there is prior contact, we will wait for an indefinite period for a declaration of intent in such cases to determine what should happen with the order (return or new delivery).

If no contact is established or a new delivery is not desired, we will process this as a normal return and charge you return and processing fees of €6.90 incl. VAT, which we will deduct from the refund amount.

Exchange due to Defect or Incorrect Delivery

Should an item be defective or faulty, or if you have received an incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us using one of the methods listed in Contact to discuss a solution.
Should a return be necessary, we will gladly provide you with a return label at our expense. 🤗
