Shipping Costs:

Germany:

We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 49€!
For orders below this amount, a flat rate of 5.90€ applies.

Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic:

Stickers, cards, flower seed packets: 6.90 €
Standard (everything else): 16.90 €

Ireland, Sweden, Spain

Stickers, cards, flower seed packets: 8.90 €
Standard (everything else): 18.90 €

For orders over 150 € abroad (excluding shipping costs), no shipping fees apply.

Delivery Time:

Products will be delivered within 2-5 business days (longer for international orders) after the order is received and payment is successful.

Note:
Everyone wants their package and desired items at home as quickly as possible. We feel the same way you do. That's why we always go full throttle so you can hold your dream pieces in your hands as quickly as possible.

Nevertheless, there may be deviations from the aforementioned shipping times. Reasons for this could be:

• Shipping break and special promotion
  
  A shipping break has been announced, e.g., due to vacation, holidays, or illness. This situation will be indicated separately. Often, these extended shipping times are combined with benefits, such as special discounts.
  
  
• Increased order volume
  
  Due to seasonal reasons or special promotions, there may temporarily be a sharp increase in the number of orders. We always try our best and are happy to sacrifice an evening or a weekend for it. Nevertheless, it is sometimes unavoidable that there will be an extended delivery time. This circumstance will be indicated separately.

Regardless of how and when, we always try to adhere to the delivery window displayed at checkout. This also means that we adjust this period depending on the situation. Therefore, pay attention to this projected delivery period; it gives you a rough idea. As a rule, we always try to have your package delivered before this time. 😊

You will receive a confirmation email when the goods have been shipped. We ship exclusively with DHL GoGreen and Deutsche Post within Germany, and with DHL outside of Germany. Deliveries outside of the above-mentioned countries are not yet possible.

Please note that we only cover insurance for sending the goods, but not for any return shipping. You are responsible for the proper return of goods in case of exchange or revocation.

The costs for return shipping in case of exchange or revocation are to be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs will not be refunded in these cases.

Delivery to Switzerland

We do not ship directly to Switzerland ourselves. For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend the service of:

MeinEinkauf.ch handles the customs clearance of the goods and the subsequent forwarding to you in Switzerland - directly to your doorstep for a small fee and without additional duties.
