Note on the process:
You are entering into a subscription here. This means that after your chosen period, a new billing cycle begins, and you will receive your Cosy Box again for your corresponding duration. You can cancel your subscription at any time up to 5 days before it expires. You can easily do this yourself in your customer portal. Subscriptions always run until the 15th of the month. This is the contract due date. From then on, we ship. Cancellations become effective on the 15th of the last month.

Example:
You sign up for a prepaid 3-month subscription on April 3rd.
You immediately enjoy the benefits of the Cosy Club. 🫶🏻
You'll receive your 1st box around April 20th.
You'll receive your 2nd box around May 20th.
You'll receive your 3rd box around June 20th.
If you don't cancel by June 10th, your subscription will renew for another 3 months, and we will charge the new subscription fee for another 3 months on June 15th, and
You will then receive your 4th box around July 20th, and so on.
You cancel no later than September 10th, and your subscription then ends on September 15th, and you will receive your (for now) last box around September 20th.

We need about 10 days lead time for setup due to planning, material procurement, etc., which means if we have less than 10 days lead time, your first delivery will start 1 month later.

However, you will enjoy the other benefits of the Cosy Club immediately. 🫶🏻
