Powder Stain Wood "Graphite"

By popular demand, here is the stain we (almost) always use to make our wood creations and crafts look truly "vintage".

Environmentally friendly stain for coloring your wooden objects, decorations or paper. Simply dissolve the powder in hot water. The stain offers good color depth and is easy to use. The color intensity depends on the water content - less water results in more vibrant colors, more water results in paler ones. Additionally, the type, age, dryness, and origin of the wood influence the result. You can also create individual shades by mixing colors, if available.

Each pack contains 18g of environmentally friendly wood stain, free of harmful substances. One pack is sufficient for 2-3m². Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Simply dissolve the contents in 0.6-1 liter of hot water and let it cool. Clean and roughen the surface, then apply with a brush, sponge, or cloth. The stain has fungicidal properties and makes the wood appear lighter after drying. Please test on a separate piece of wood beforehand, as the shade may change depending on the type of wood and mixing ratio.

Note:
These are all manufacturer specifications. We usually mix it thinner, i.e., with approx. 2 - 3 liters of water, as we prefer a softer shade. You can always re-stain until the desired intensity is reached. For outdoor use, additional wood protection should be applied.
